A retired Army Senior Non-Commissioned Officer, he has over 25 years of experience in team leadership and individual skill development. During his 22 years of service in the Army, Dr. Wray held various leadership positions focused on training, empowering, and coaching the next generation of leaders. His contributions have significantly enhanced productivity, improved organizational efficiency, and increased employee engagement.
John is adept at cultivating high-performance teams and nurturing an inclusive,
equitable culture that supports both personal and professional growth.
