Business Development Director is responsible for bringing the Director works with the President and VP. Duties include monitoring day-to-day operations, assessing budgets and other finance-related issues, and ensuring that cash flow remains stable. The Director also assists in compliance and other accounting measures, as required.

The Public Relations Director will create and maintain a positive public image for LOH and our team and support groups and organizations they represent. Will also plan publicity strategies and campaigns; write and produce presentations, articles, press releases and social media posts; design or project manage the production of visual communications and digital content. Will also craft media releases and develop social media programs to shape public perception of the organization and our clients. Also work to increase public awareness of LOH goals. 

Links of Hope Events Director oversees the planning and execution of events for businesses and organizations. 

This position plans and coordinates accommodations, venues, staffing, catering, transportation, and equipment for sound and video. Also manages the budget and negotiates pricing with various vendors. Serves as the first point of contact in planning and executing events. Partners with teams of people and provides direction and/or access to resources to ensure successful events. 

Links of Hope Membership Director works to establish short- and long-range plans and goals to achieve organization membership objectives. Outlines a data-driven member engagement, retention, and recruitment strategy and implementation plan. Develops strategies and programs to stimulate member engagement as a means of membership renewal. Leads and manages our non-profit organization, overseeing membership operations, membership finances, new members programs, staffing an assistance, and working with our volunteers connecting more members. Drives strategic planning, fundraising, and stakeholder relationships to achieve the organization's mission and goals. 

The Fundraising Director develops and implements effective fundraising strategies, builds relationships with donors and funders, organizes fundraising events and campaigns, and provides fundraising training and support to staff members and volunteers.  LOH nonprofit fundraising is the ongoing process of soliciting donations or voluntary funds to help the organization grow and meet the needs of the community we serve. Our fundraising network consists of both businesses and individual donors as we make connections doing business and hosting events. 

 The Links of Hope Program Director has a key role: hire and supervise new program managers for projects. Report detailed status updates to leadership and executive team on a weekly base. Apply change, risk, and resource management principles, when needed. Work with leadership to set strategic goals and objectives for programs. Create and manage programmer plans gateways, functional milestones and deliverables; manage constraints to ensure delivery to programmer for timing and budget with maximum effectiveness. Work to achieve good customer relationships that will ultimately maximize long term profit.
